Dezhou Guangxin Steel Structure Co. , Ltd, which was named Dezhou Guangxin Hot-dip Galvanization Co. , Ltd. , is located in north area of Lingxian Economy Development Zone, Lingxian, which is the hometown of Dongfang Shuo, a famous litterateurs in Han Dynasty(207 B. C. ~25 A. D. )

The company was established in 1998 and occupies 484200 Squire Feet. It has developed into the most professional and competitive factory in North Shandong Province on hot-dip galvanization to anti-corrosion treatment for metal products. The factory has four hot-dip galvanization production lines and one highway guard rail production line with advanced technology.

Our highway guard rail production line has advanced machines and experienced staff on technology, production and administration. The daily production capacity could be 200 tons. The products have very good quality and the finish is fine and smooth, and got the certificate for production authorized by Ministry of Communication of P. R. China. Our products got high praise from customers and contribute themselves to national traffic construction.

The daily production capacity of hot dip galvanization production lines could be 150 tons of metal. Now the biggest hot-dip galvanization tank in the factory is 13.5 meters long, 1.6 meters wide and 2 meters deep. There are two more hot-dip galvanization tanks in the facotry, and one is 9 meters long, 1.2 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep, the other one is 4 meters long, 1.2 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep. We only use Zn-0 Zinc ingot with Huxin Brand which is famous brand in China, and the finished products have fine and smooth surface, high adhesion and even thickness. We have done the hot-dip galvanization task for certified 550KW,220KW iron tower for customers.

To strengthen our service, we adopt multi-direction development way based on the customers’ requirement. We could offer all kinds of hot-dip galvanization products, like hot-dip galvanized metal, hot-dip galvanized iron tower and hot-dip galvanized steel bridge frame, etc.
